Our Services

El Arborista Volador LLC offers a wide variety of residential tree services.

Tree Removal

Tree removal may be necessary, especially if the tree is dead or unsafe for some other reason. This can be a challenging task in a residential area. Our team is skilled in climbing trees and using rigging and pulley's to safely cut and lower parts of the tree into the available space.

Storm Cleanup

Emergencies involving trees can be scary and stressful. We will help you plan ahead to remove dead trees and limbs before they are a problem, and improve the health of your trees so they are less vulnerable to storms. However, if a tree comes down in a storm we are here to help clean up the mess.

Yard Cleanup

Our goal is to leave your yard looking clean and well cared for when we're done. Pruning and falling trees often results in more branches and wood than the customer expects, in addition some damage to the lawn or landscape may occur. When the logs, branches and/or wood chips are to remain on the property, we make sure that whatever is left behind is neatly stacked or piled and easy to manage.

Pruning

Pruning can help in the removal of dead, damaged, weakly attached or diseased limbs that may be a hazard or effect the health of the tree. Pruning can also be done to create a better existence between the homeowner and the tree. We work to find a balance that meets the owner's needs while still maintaining the health of the tree. This can involve removing lower branches to raise the clearance, reduction of the size of the tree or thinning of the foliage. Topping is not recommended by El Arborista Volador LLC as it hurts the health and overall aesthetic appearance of the tree.

Chipping

Organic matter is an important component of healthy soils, which leads to  healthy plants. Wood chips and leaves are an excellent source of organic matter that can be added as a mulch near trees, on garden paths or around garden beds. A thicker mulch can be effective in reducing weeds and mud in paths, while a 2-4 inches (5-10 cm) works well around plants and trees.

Habitat Restoration

Trees are a wonderful part of the habitat along with many other plants and organisms. We enjoy helping create healthy, diverse spaces that support wildlife and native species, while removing invasive species and over crowding.

Flying

"El Arborista Volador" translates to "The Flying Arborist" and when you see our team at work, you'll understand why. Using high quality harnesses, rigging, pulley's and ropes our arborists make climbing trees look easy. And if you watch closely you may even see one fly.
